Women in Staffing
Virtual Program
Tuesday, November 9th from 11-1 EST.
2020 shined a bright spotlight on racial/social injustice and DEI. And yet, the spotlight remains with trailing progress. In fact, according to a recent ClearlyRated study, women in the staffing industry earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by their male counterparts—in some roles, it’s even less. The same research found that just 6.6% of director-level or above positions are held by black or Hispanic individuals. So, this begs the question of why are we still here and what more can we do?
Join us on Tuesday, November 9th from 11 AM-1 PM ET for our next Women in Staffing virtual event featuring keynote Joyce Russell, Adecco Group US Foundation, followed by a powerhouse panel of industry thought leaders. During her "Put a Cherry on Top: Generosity in Life & Leadership" session, Joyce will share memorable stories and actionable advice from her 35 years in the staffing industry that will help you bring optimism, generosity, authenticity and courage into your workplace and life.
Immediately following the keynote, our panel will share their incredibly inspiring stories and experiences as well as examples of what others can do to set the standard for greater pay equity, how to recognize and handle microaggressions, how to encourage allyship and how to clear the succession path for those that follow. CEO and Founder of ClearEdge Marketing, Leslie Vickrey, will be moderating this thoughtful discussion with some of the most influential leaders in the staffing and recruiting industry including, Kelly Boykin, Senior Vice President, Global Alliances at Aquent, Eric Gregg, CEO and Founder of ClearlyRated, and DeLibra Wesley, CEO of National Recruiting Consultants.
